Moreover, the acquis specifies rules for review of procedures and availability of legal remedies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public procurements also cover the public-private partnerships and concession contracts. Projects on public-private partnership are aimed to respond to particular public need, i.e. they are aimed to provide public service falling within competences of certain public authority.
