The Government and the relevant institutions should foster the process of developing and full implementation of the Platform for interoperability among courts and other relevant institutions. Mechanism for fast securing necessary information and data through appointing intern contact persons with security certificates and privileged access to data from relevant institutions should be established, who can get the necessary information for court procedures without sending formal requests in a form as the case is now. The financial support and technical resources for digitalization should be Government priority. This includes development of modern systems for \u201ee-court\u201c, which will enable filing documents and managing court cases electronically, which will improve the efficient solving of court cases.<\/p>\n
These are some of the draft-recommendations from today\u2019s 15 session of the Working group 3 \u201eJudiciary and fundamental rights\u201d (Chapter 23) entitled: \u201eAccess to justice: Raising the efficiency of court proceedings and the quality of court justice\u201d, held in Skopje.<\/p>\n
