Thank you for visiting The National Convention of The European Union of the Republic of Macedonia (NCEU-MK) web site. This web site is property of the European movement in the Republic of Macedonia (EMRM). EMRM cares about visitor’s privacy and security. We inform you that EMRM does not collect personal information when you visit the NCEU-MK website, unless you choose to provide that information.

The privacy policy aims to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data. If you choose to use our Web site, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy.

EMRM would like to inform you about a law that provides to you with certain rights concerning your personal data information. This is described in the Law on Personal Data Protection that regulates this matter („Службен весник на Република Македонија“ бр.7/05, 103/08, 124/10 и 135/11). This law concerns any personal data information like name, surname, identification number of the citizen, address, the telephone number, etc. An individual is entitled to access to his or her records and to request correction of these records if applicable. Automatically Collected and Stored Information

When you visit NCEU-MK web site, some of the following information may be stored: the IP address from which you accessed our site; the date and time when you accessed the web page; the URL of the website from which you linked to our site; the name of the searched file, or searched key words. With these processes we do not collect any personal data information.

Information You Provide to European Movement in the Republic of Macedonia visiting  NCEU-MK web site

The National Convention on European Union in Republic of Macedonia is Project in Partnership between European Movement in Republic of Macedonia (EMRM), and Slovak Association of Foreign Policy (SFPA) funded jointly by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and  the Slovakian foreign assistance agency SlovakAid.

Most of the information on our website contains reports from the activities of the National Convention of the EU in the Republic of Macedonia like analyzes for different topics prepared by experts, recommendations  made by consensus or by voting during the work sessions, statements of public figures regarding the NCEU-MK who participated in the working sessions.

The visitors of the website are expected to provide suggestions concerning the proposals, as well as new proposals. The professional public is expected to participate in the debate therefore the participants in this interconnection debate are not anonymous. The content that will be unreasonable and harmful to the reputation of the NCEU-MK or any other party involved will be removed.

The information received from the visitors of the website will be attached to the debates of specific topics who will be taken into account by experts and other members of the working groups. Each participant in this interconnected debate should be legitimized and should send a short CV. However, in terms of the public, visitor’s anonymity is guaranteed.

When you click the “Submit” button on any of the Web forms found on our sites, you are indicating your voluntary consent to the use of the information you submit, for the stated purpose.

NCEU-MK is an open platform for civil dialog where the information will be used according to the scientific code of ethics and will not be misused for any other purpose.

The information of the users is strictly used for the purposes of the NCEU-MK and will not be shared with any other body outside the working framework.
