National convention on the European Union in the Republic of North Macedonia has signed memoranda of cooperation with :
- On 1 May 2018, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National Federation of Farmers and the European Movement in the Republic of North Macedonia, for cooperation within the NCEU-MK;
- On 5 June 2018, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy and the European Movement in the Republic of North Macedonia, for cooperation within the NCEU-MK;
- On 10 September 2024, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Association for Research and Analysis (ZMAI) and the European Movement in the Republic of North Macedonia, for cooperation within the NCEU-MK, focusing on the work of Working group 6 – Anticorruption;
